PandaMart3D Terms of Use
By using the PandaMart3D website or downloading the desktop app, you understand and accept these lightweight terms. They are here to protect users, the project, and the asset files without creating unnecessary friction.
Free starter app and allowed use
PandaMart3D currently provides the Windows desktop app and built-in Starter Pack content for free. You may install and run the app, create desktop display layouts, and share screenshots or recordings of your own displays.
Free today does not mean every future feature will remain free forever. If cloud sync, paid resource packs, or Plus features are introduced later, they will be explained before launch.
Prohibited use
Do not impersonate PandaMart3D or publish unofficial installers, modified builds, or mirror download sites as if they were official.
Do not bypass asset protections, bulk-extract model files, resell model resources, or package PandaMart3D assets into another product as your own work.
Do not attack, abuse, scrape at scale, or interfere with the website or download service.
Provided as is
PandaMart3D is still an early public release. The software and website are provided as is. We work to keep downloads safe, features stable, and documentation accurate, but we do not promise that everything will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every device.
Only get official builds from pandamart3d.com. Unofficial installers, modified builds, and mirrors are outside our control.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product, asset sources, hosting setup, or legal requirements change. Important changes will be shown clearly on the website when practical.
